Delaine loves to learn, grow and be transformed in her relationship with Jesus and to pass on hope and healing to others. She is passionate about letting women know that Jesus loves them just the way they are! And she’s awesome in adding doses of humor!

I love to inspire people with Jesus' hope and healing. God has brought me through so much and He can do that for you too.

Delaine encourages women to live boldly in their faith.

She has been through lots of really tough stuff -traumatic deaths, house fire, floods, depression & addiction (to name some), never thinking that she would be called to serve God through sharing her healing journey.

Thirty years ago, Delaine swore she would never share the story of her brokenness and alcoholism in the church or publicly, now God has brought her to a place of relying on His mighty power to bring her story of healing and hope to others. A Memoir of Hope & Healing

As a child, Delaine went through traumatic losses, the most impactful one was the death of her brother under the wheels of a truck driven by her dad. As an adult, there were more losses and she made some wrong choices when trying to deal with them. The harder she tried to come up with solutions, the more frustrating her life became. She went to church religiously every Sunday, hoping one day she would figure out what she was missing. Despite her spiritual feeling of emptiness, she later learned that God was there with her no matter how she felt. Finally, she came to understand God was reaching out to her to try to help her through those tough situations. When she awoke the morning of October 4, the day after her realization that she was addicted to alcohol, she had a clear sensation of being cradled like a baby in the arms of her Heavenly Father.

This is a compelling story of loss, perseverance, inspiration, laughter, and healing.

In twenty-five years of weekly letters Delaine and I have shared the yin and yang of life. I have read how her health has impacted her life, but not her spirit. Her faith is an example for all of us. Most of us carry a candle in the dark of night. Delaine carries a lantern. To suffer all the tragedies and abandonment issues in her life is a miracle in and of itself. Never, never give up is her creed. She is one of my heroes.
